  • Please give finer control over replays.

I love watching dota 2 replays, but I mostly find myself wishing for one thing; the ability to easily rewind or re-watch something I missed. Currently you either have to click on the progress bar which is terribly imprecise, or you have to fiddle with console commands which is difficult, tedious and time-consuming.

All I'm asking for is a better way of implementing what already exists. A box within the replay controls where one could input a time to skip to would be ideal, but even a button that simply rewound the action 10 seconds would be a vast improvement.

I feel like this would be an easy fix that would make buying tournament tickets even more appealing!

    Thankyou.

Thought of a quick design for it.
Orange indicating part you're on, grey indicating a select-able point of time.
The arrows would allow for scrolling through to more specific parts of the replay for the grey/orange boxes.
The black rectangles are for separation.

Sorry about the arrow on the right didn't notice it wasn't orange.
I know it's sloppy I just added filters in PS and made the base in paint.

This is cool, but the problem is over an hour long replay each of those segments would be a few minutes long and you'd run into the same problem. I'm thinking more of a box where you can type in the exact time you want the replay to skip to.
