  • Have downloaded replays be available in offline mode

    Hello,

Today's test client update added the ability to access Dota while offline, aside from a few disabled options that require connectivity to steam. However, the entire watch tab is disabled while offline, which means we can't even watch downloaded replays in the "downloaded" tab. Any chance we can get this changed so at least the "downloaded" tab is enabled while offline?

    Thanks

PS: I know about the console commands to watch replays, but this is about making it more user friendly for offline users.

We can force offline bot mode in the console, im guessing this is possible in the console too.

These feature will probably come later when the "Dota2 offline mode" is properly done.

Keep in mind you can still do it with console commands.

The added offline support is fantastic and it would be awesome to see this added as well. Given it's already possible to watch them through console it'd be awesome to get the UI allowing it as well for those who aren't apt at using console.

Yes it is, the command is

                      Code:
                      playdemo typematchidhere
The replay file is named after the match id you can get it from ..\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\replays\"matchid".dem

Guys, do any of you could finish a bot game in offline mode?
When I try, it always disconnects before the first creep wave and and a window appears "Warning Disconnected from server No Steam logon"
