When I'm using quick-cast for skill, then you have a level up in combat, it almost force the player to do two case of mistakes.
1. If this skill is not full (i.e lv 3 of 4), your skill will add a level to become lv 4. But actually the player don't want to (i.e they want add skill point for their ultimate...)
2. If this skill is full (i.e lv 4 of 4), you cannot cast this skill.
In combat, everything happen so quickly. So the player don't have enough time to select and add their skill and using its after.
Please change this problem into: don't allow quick cast add level for skill anymore
