Who would suffer most from a 24 hour mute penalty? A player who got 900 games and play once a month, or a player with 800 games that play 3+ games per day?
From this perspective, is it fair that frequently playing players can recieve penalties from people who barely play?
Suggestion: If you recieve communication reports, restrict the communication while playing with more than one person that have reported you.
This way you'll have a new chance of bettering your behaviour. If you get reported too much, you'll increase the chance of not beeing able to communicate.
Also, the 24 hour mute could be changed to X number of games, or ingame time. That would be more fair between frequently playing players and players who barely play.
From my perspective, it would be alot more just for someone trying to improve. As the system is now, you can play a week muted, then 3-4 games unmuted, and then be muted for a week again. I believe most people are trying really hard not to recieve any communication reports.
