  • [Suggestion] Dotacinema guides in learn tab

Valve, can you guys please include the Dotacinema guide videos in the learn tab. The current videos only show the spell in action, which is important as well but they don't really help us understand the hero. Dotacinema has a wide array of guide videos that are incredibly helpful to noobs and would help inormously.

    # This.
DC are one of the best. Your presentation kinda fails at showing what the skills really do. Atm there r more like lil vids that show the animation, and nothing else.

Consider to to just having one video instead of 5 videos for each skill.

-1 I personally love the DC videos, those guys do know their stuff. But I also would prefer that if people aren't willing to read abilities and understand the heroes, that they would just stay in the lower brackets. The OVERLY detailed tooltips do more than enough to explain what an ability does and how it functions, and now they even show the upgraded scepter stats. Fine as it is.

            Wat?
People can watch those videos anyway. The only difference is that you didn't need to search for them

I agree. There should be another tab with "Guides" and the DC videos in it.

The OP wants the guides because he says he does not understand the abilities. Instead of actually reading the values and understanding them, he would rather watch instructional videos, and won't learn how to play his hero. He wont think of how to use his spells, and will use them ONLY in the methods he sees in the videos. The videos are not guides they are intro's to the invidual heroes. People can find the videos easily on their own. Leave it that way.

Very Very true, just look at Antimage's spells.. His Ulti vid shows absolutely nothing about the spell effect. Heck, The enemy hero didn't even lose HP.

+1, it would make skill explaining so much easier and it would benefit Dotacinema in someway I believe.
