  • [Suggestion] Heroes Played

So for quite some time we have this nice "Heroes Played" in Dota profiles, I really like this feature to see how the game rates my play-style. I have some minor suggestions on how to improve those bars:

From my understanding a value of 3 means I play that specific hero as good as other players on my skill level, means if I have a lower value it means I suck. (I assume that from the way my heroes are rated, I know which one I am good with and on which I am not! Plus the line for 3 is bigger then the others, so I guess it is kind of the middle.)
I personally would suggest to let the bar start in the middle, if I am good on a specific hero let the bar extend to the right, if I am not let it grow to the left. Some persons might understand the current system that a value at all means they play okay/good. What would be even better is a colored bar, for low values print the bar in a color like dark red, for high values a bright green. Gives the impression of "WARNING DONT PLAY THIS UNTIL YOU TRAINED A BIT!"

Another point: At the moment you show numerical values (1 to 5) which are pretty useless, they have no unit or anything. I suggest to just label "worse" and "better" at the bottom. This specially makes a lot of sense with the bar starting in the middle suggest above.

If I didnt' get my idea clear I could draw a image!

Honestly, I find that the current rating system doesnt do a good job of saying how well you play with a hero (not going to go in details about this since many threads explain my opinion on this matter)

Altough, I do have to say that re-arranging the setup in which it tells you the information would be nice. Having a clear indication of where the ''average'' is would be helpful to understand more where you are ranked at.

Putting good or bad isnt going to help you understand where you are, I think a more statistical (percentiles style) would be more helpful.

    +1.
