  • Reinstall Windows 7

After reinstalling Windows 7, suddenly the screen resolution was better. And when you install the Dota 2, I put in the settings of 1280x800, and DOTA has successfully opened to full screen. But if you set the resolution lower than - the picture is reduced and on the sides there are black bars. My computer is too weak for high-resolution screen. How do I fix this?

I have not found this feature in the Control Panel. How can this be done in the most DotA 2 or the start settings of Steam?

check your aspect ration in Dota 2 and make sure its the same as your screen if your screen is 4:3
you wont be able to play in 16:9 without those black lines or without scretching the game from your video card (not sure about the screthcing though)

          i play with ratio 16:10 and 1280x800...
Although I have to reinstall the lag on a 4:3 and a resolution of 800x600
It should be the video card is ATI Radeon Xpress 1250.
If someone could help me with a problem. In the Control Panel settings, and 3D nothing more than general information about the system. Even if you reduce the resolution in the windose a black band on each side

The problem is that there isn't an official driver for the ati x1000 series for windows 7 so you can't stretch screen. If you want stretching use windows xp. Trust me, I tried to found the solution for more then a year without any luck
