  • Hero Skill Data Visualization [Suggestion]

The individual hero skill level is a great way to show players how they are doing with each hero. Unfortunately, it is difficult to tell if you are getting better with a hero, or if your performance is skewed by one or two terrible games as compared to some great games. Your skill may increase marginally, but there is phase lag on feedback that is introduced by the current averaging filter on this value.

This could be remedied by plotting a standard deviation and/or data points for the most recent (or even all) games played with that hero along the bar graph. A unique identifier for the most recent game may be the most useful feature, allowing players to see if they are improving and by how much after every game. This enforces learning by reducing the filtering of the skill-level feedback with the current system.
