  • Japanese UI bugs

First of all, I had to switch my Steam language to English, because there's no language option in Dota 2 properties on Steam. Hope this will be implemented.

The UI. Half of tab names is in English, other half is in Japanese. Worse thing is, that most (if not all) large buttons with text, like the two when selecting Hero (Random and Select) have little squares instead of text. I think it's the same when buttons when leaving game etc.

I'm using the Japanese version of Windows, if that's of any help.

Sorry, I posted this in the wrong forum - could someone move this thread to the visual glitches forum?

The translation of Dota2 is an effort by the community, so most likely not all strings are translated yet, or simply aren't available for translation yet.

I think the font problem is known, and has been reported (also, it causes problems for other languages), but not yet fixed.

The temporary fix for the russian font might work in your case too.
