  • See who gave last command to courior

This started as abuse report but turned into a suggestion by the end so I am putting it into Hero HUD, I hope this is the right location and sorry if it is not.

I was in a game today where a member of my team decided to start dropping other peoples items on the ground from the courier. From what I can see there is no way to see who is moving the courier if they are not bringing the items to them self. This leads to the problem where you can not properly report abusive behavior.

In this particular game Rubic ( http://steamcommunity.com/id/bumbrlz/ ) dropped at least 3 players items on the ground. When I seen the courier moving to the side of the map and dropping my items in the woods I fought for control but was unable to know who I was fighting with so when it came time to report I made the guess that it was Rubic (as he DCed after I got my item) but another team mate reported a different player who they assumed was the culprit. I watch the replay and it was indeed Rubic.

    Game ID 305315787

I think it would help both in situation like this and in general game play if you can always see who gave the courier the last command. Just adding the players head by the courier icon on the HUD for any action not just deliver could help with this abuse and with players inadvertently taking a courier in transit to secret shop or such.

    most useless suggestion ever.

in 99% of the games, no one is trolling with the courier.

in the 1% of the games, where someone is trolling with the courier, you almost always know who it is.

the situations in which it wasn't clear can be counted on the fingers of one hand i guess.

      I have a suggestion:

Can items that are not share-able be undroppable by allied players? An exception is when courier is at your fountain, any allied player can right click an item and send it to the owner stash (a feature already in game). The other exception includes certain items like gem can be dropped (i.e. onto a hero), along with things like teleport scrolls and other consumables. So at least if you're getting trolled, it's not possible that the damage exceeds the cost of a gem or some consumables.
