  • Give Earthshaker Fissure and Twin headed Dragon(jakiro) Ice Iath targetting animation

    Currently Fissure is targetted simply by standard single target effect. Give an elongated aoe targetting effect that is attached to him so that you can accurately judge the range and dont get caught moving to cast. You can still allow hero targets for that fast moving opponent but the targetting on him is currently outdated.

    Im not certain but I think the same thing applies to Ice Path and perhaps other skills that I can't think of right now.

      it wasnt in classic dota so why have it here? its for noobs who cant target - its ES significant skill which need some XP and skill to land properly so !deny by me, it shows (like at other skills) if you can aim it good, thats the meaning of those heroes and skills

          It's not skill, it's just a guessing game for those who haven't played the hero enough. Why aren't you open to improving the UI?

          dota_disable_range_finder 0 is pretty great, although some skills still don't show their ranges and I'd like to see that fixed.

            Making the skill needlessly difficult to use doesn't make it more pro. If a skill like vacuam only had a central cast point it would take much more skill to use but only because of bad game design. Everyone seems to be trying to artificially make the game as difficult as possible instead of increasing stuff that takes actual skill.

              Hm i get what youre saying, but its a bit of the charm i guess, to land stuff without help, such as hook with pudge, much more fun. But a thingy for the cast range could be available.

                            Is the OP is asking for an on-screen visual representation of the Fissure? ...If so, then I totally approve! Because all the AoE's get their little "AoE casting circle" (think Lina's stun, etc) I think ES's Fissure should get a visual que too. In fact every skill should have it's AoE on screen. It's just a dumb guessing game otherwise, where would Lina be without her AoE indicator - QQing that's where.
