  • [Suggestion] Delay before name disappears on voice chat

Apologies if I put this in the wrong sub-forum. Whenever someone uses voice chat you will see their name pop-up on the bottom right of the HUD as they're speaking. But as soon as they stop speaking the name disappears. Sometimes if a player says something quick I won't be able to catch who said it. I think it'd help if the player's name would stick around for a second or two after they're done speaking to give everyone a chance to see who was speaking.

For example, I have a Logitech G15 keyboard and whenever someone is speaking on Ventrilo, their name will show up on the keyboard's LCD display. After the person is done transmitting, their name will stay on the LCD display for a second with a * next to their name denoting that they are done transmitting but giving me a chance to see who it was. I think this would be a nice addition to Dota2 voice chat: after a player has finished speaking, leave their name up for a second but place a * next to their name once they've finished transmitting.
