  • Item dropping/giving & Patrol button/hotkey & Shift click picutres

Hello people, just a bit about myself: I've been playing dota since the beginning of High school (which is quite a while ago).... before IceFrog took over. So I noticed a bit more of changes in the interface which i did not like at all, and here were the changes:

    Item dropping/giving

I hate the fact that it takes so long to drop or give an item now. It used to be right click -> Left click or Left click -> Right click.
Dragging an item especially in dangerous situations is quite annoying to do.

    Patrol button/hotkey
There used to be a button to patrol. Some may say shift click works, but what i think is that you're not going to click 100 times and waste 100 seconds doing that, patrolling is much simpler and easier to do.

    Shift Click Icons/Pictures
There used to be a flag t hat shows you where you've shift clicked. This was quite useful in many ways. You could always see exactly where it was headed.

Patrol button is indeed needed if you want to stack Ancients with dominated Neutral creep, using HotD. T-up on getting this in. Also agree that dragging is annoying, it's much more user-friendly exchanging/dropping items in WarCraft III.

Exactly! There's more to it too, like for example: Beast Master's bird for patrolling. If you were to click 100 times for that instead it would take forever...

Please make separate suggestion threads or it gets confusing to organize. BTW, don't make one about patrol as it's already done: http://dev.dota2.com/showthread.php?t=2687

Make sure you search before posting a new thread.

        Thanks.
