Well let me clarify what I meant:

Those that are interested in the lore (I have read some, btw) are going to read it on the Learn tab, not waste their time doing so at the hero selection screen where they're only given a minute to do so.

I like that the Learn Tab and Hero Selection screen are exact duplicates, but I'm just saying, if they're going to redesign the interface for Single Draft (which I think they should, based on this design), I don't think they should go out of their way to include Lore if it's just going to clutter things because it really isn't necessary there.
I've never played DotA. I don't care how things were done in DotA. This is Dota 2. This is what I care about.

I'm curious though, click X if you don't want to swap, what do you click if you do want to swap? I mean I know it's just theoretical, and the system hasn't even been implemented so we're not sure what to expect, but doesn't it sound better to like click "something" to confirm swap, because what if you just ignore it and never press the x... does the swap happen or something?

This is an amazing idea i saw it on Reddit too, you can easily see the heroes that your Teammates have and you get a nice overview over skills and lore of your own hero. Also, when the swap function is implemented (if it will be implemented) you can easily click "request swap" on the hero of your teammate and the chat will send him an automatic message. Amazing design +1

                        Hi guys!

Here are some updates that I have done during my free time ...Hope this is of use.

I've been thinking like this about to swap heroes. (See what you think) and have set up some rules for single-draft? Something that I think would work, maybe.

As my opinion, pick screen and swap is good, but lore and chat must be on the same place as in original.

Love it, lore makes it seem cluttered, Ive read them all in the learn tab, and i feel its fine to keep it there. Not a huge fan of having to pick or lose half your gold. Should Dota 2 allow you to pick/swap/repick so you can get 2 heroes from the same set of 3? I know this used to work in hon(havent played in forever so i dont know if it still does), but not sure how i feel about it personally. +1 though
