    Yea but what i suggested is better than the net_graph because you can se you friends and enemys latency so if you pause a game because of getting lagged the others can see it and w8 for you get ok, or for those trolls that dies and say "so much lag!" having 20 latency :/ etc etc.

    Ill go try find something newer and more likely mine

          Just type ping in console and u can see everyones latency just fine.

            The ridiculous silence effect is extremely annoying, compounded by the sound. Please give an option to disable the screen outline/sound, also I hate the icon for silence. Harsh, but I really do hate everything about being silenced in Dota 2.

              Nice work, better to have these in one spot for valve to look at easier.

              I also have a suggestion about the item stash.

              The item stash I find gets in the way. So why not make it part of the hud itself. There is room. Look at these pics, they messy but you get my drift.

              This also centres the HP and MANA bars to the screen which looks like nicer aswell. All in all I think these are good improvements without changing too much.

                  Ill rather see free space filled with some constant elements, stash comes and goes and minimizing option we asked for it would do just fine, but feel free to put your suggestion in corresponding thread and we will see.

                  Now about new update, I'm glad to say that we got couple of things we asked for. Some exactly as we wanted some partial but its nice to see them. I will update the thread with new changes when i can, need a bit of free time to get some screenshots and to put everything in its place.

                  There is a lot of discussion about new hud look atm, will wait a bit until things settle down to see what comes off it.

                      I just wanted to ask,
                      Why is an option to customize translucency/transparency not being implemented? I mean the minimap can be opaque but everything else being translucent would help players use maximum screen real estate.
                      Even an option to let each user fully customize or make his own HUD could be something useful. Especially since your business model would involve people generating content and putting out onto the steam market.

                        We have changes for these suggestions:

                        Grouping of summoned units. (only units with full health will be grouped)
                        Courier map indicator
                        Courier current action, items carried
                        Rune text color
                        Gold font change
                        Stats box

                        As for the hud, i just spent an hour reading through ton of unnecessary duplicate threads with same stuff in them. I cant understand the people opening the new thread when there are 10 just like that one on the first page. Basically they complain about hp/mp bar not being centered and k/d/a is not in top right. Stat box shows more info now and its big since currently its in the same spot as unit grouping so it can be but majority of posters doesn't realize that. Courier addition is good and just needs some tweaking,also hud is actually smaller now so overall new hud is better as far as functionality is concerned.

                        Will not update anything until official patch since there's a possibility off changes.

                            It seems the empty space changes depending on your screen ratio. so not sure if you can stick stuff there.

                              While I did prefer the old UI, mainly because it looked good on my huge monitor, I don't really care about the main change, it looks alright and is functional.

                              But the New ATK/DEF/SPD and the new AGI/STR/INT icons looks so bland and uninspiring, the old ones looks great and was very intone with the rest of the game.
                              Icons do not looks better with a cheap 3D type effect on them, other way around, since they will always be flat giving them the best art possible is logical and works a lot better than what looks like a quick photoshop effect.

                              But as I said the rest of the UI change looks alright, and I'm sure that people playing on lower resolutions will be happy, but please, either return the old stat icons, or give them a radical work over, because as is, they do not look up to par with the rest of this gorgeous game.

                                @KrocK removable and transparent segments are still not approved since it would cause unbalance to the game by providing more viewable area

                                @chrisfrh some of the stuff is purely cosmetic

                                @the99nd they opened new sections in forum for artwork so you can discuss about them there
