To be honest, I do not like the new UI, I played Dota 2 for 2 months and have learned a lot using the old interface, I think the new icons and interface are very strong compared with the style that was developing Dota 2. if you dont like my opinion because that style reminds you of the past, I think Valve may leave the 2 choices of UI as an option. and all parties would agree.

PS: sorry for my English, I hope valve make the UI is optional or someone load the HUD above to download it and not get to fight for different opinions.

It hurts my eyes just thinking about the new UI. It looks so bad. They should have left it the original one and took votes on a different one. It's way too cluttered with crap now.

It kind of takes a while to get used to, or at I least I needed it. I'm not against it in principle, though as it has been noted, there is room for improvement. I'd also like to see the attack/armor/stats icons redesigned, they look way too cartoonish and juvenile. I'm all in for using different colors to help people tell them apart, but they could be toned down a little, or at least redesigned to have a more "sober" look to them.

That must mean that everyone hates it. You know, because a single person's and his friends' opinion = all the world's opinion.

Personally I like the style of the new UI, but it needs some work. In 4:3 I find it a bit busy somehow. It may only be that I'm not used to it yet, I don't really know.
