  • "A lack of aesthetic coherency with the rest of the game visuals"

I'm confused by this discription on their Dota 2 page. It says to be in line aesthetically with the game, but the UI already was. When you go to and the borders with everything else in the menu and tabs of the game, it is the black stone with red masked into it (just like the Dota 2 logo). It seems like the new UI went away from what they had already perfected and what theme they wanted. It looked as though it stood out from other "moba" type games, which was a good thing. It was clean and easily distinguished from other games. I can't possibly be the only one who doesn't think it doesn't fit the current scheme of Dota 2 anymore. I'm not trying to be negative, I just don't see the connection from Dota 2 to the new UI compared to the old one.

If you aren't sure what I'm talking about, here are some examples:

In game menu on the left and right side of screen, and bottom somewhat
    The Dota 2 website
    The hero selection screen
