There are additional commands for moving it around. I will paste how I got it like that in my config, but you will have to change the values for your own screen. My resolution is 1920x1200:
        net_graph "1"
net_graphheight "840" // Changes height, how high on the screen it is.
net_graphinsetbottom "130" // Adds additional margin which is added to the height. You could also set this to 0 and increase the height.
net_graphinsetleft "80" // Adds margin to the left
        net_graphinsetright "0"
        net_graphinsettop "0"
        Happy tweaking.

Also use net_graphproportionalfont "0" to make it small.

I can't even open the developer's console.. Even if I change the keybinding I can't get it to work. Any way of enabling it?

you have to enable it in steam itself so that when the game launchs the dev console launches as well

To get the console to appear in the menu, you have to do it in steams launch options, yes (and I've found no way of re-opening it in the menu after you close it). But you can bind a key to toggleconsole, but that will ONLY work when you are in a game (or replay, spectate, practise, etc.).

What would do for 1280x1024? I got the console working now with -console in launch options.

Just go and try it in single player, make change the values and see how the graph moves, once you find a good place for it write the values into your config file.

It took me about an hour until I finally had my ping/FPS placed properly. I think this must be implemented into the standard UI maybe right next to your stats/CS.
Also, there should be a way to see your allies ping. This might seem usually unimportant but sometimes this info is needed to plan how aggressive you can play your lane since aggressive play styles usually involve more quick reactions since you tend to put yourself in above average dangerous situations.

Besides, for whatever reason I can't bond the console to a key. I know about the autoexec.cfg and console commands in general & every other thing I binded works, yet the console won't let me bind it to whatever key I try (Yes, I have looked up the correct commands I need to use in my config).
Rules to be a good beta tester:
                      • Don't bring Warcraft III limitations to Dota 2.
                      • Be an example. You are not here to play ALL games for fun. You are here to test so we can have a better game.
                      • Don't say that something is working as intended just because it was like that in DotA. Things have to make some actual sense.
                      • Being a better player than someone doesn't mean his argument is null and void.
                      • Use the search.

Can you post your values for others that might find this thread later on?

As for the console, did you add -console to the dota2 params in steam? Otherwise it will only be available in-game.

First Right click dota2 in steam next select properties.

select launch options under general tab and put "-console" without the quotation marks. Goodluck )
