So I have never played any MOBA game since Dota2, so I'm a noob.
And I must say I disagree with this, cause it is part of skill to realise as support which heroes need a heal and which not.
In the battle you will be already aware of their health anyway cause it is in the middle of the screen.
So this "add-on" will only affect chen.

Suggestion: Show/update enemy healthbars only when they're in your viewable area and fade them away after they leave your area (maybe after they've been out of view for 5-10 seconds). This would allow you to get a quick overview of the enemy health in a team battle and not give you any information you don't already have.

Just to clarify, it's not about being 'too informative' with HP Bars for Allies, i mean, the bars won't heal you, those bars won't tele you out or any ally from any gank and stuff like that.

This is a feature that i saw in the past being requested in DoTA1 for years (in dota-allstars and playdota alike), but thanks to the crappy WC3Engine we could never have it implemented (the map is already full with all those jass scripts). Being able to see how your allies won't took away the so called 'skill' for anyone, you still need to alert your mates, communicate and make them gank together or gather for a push/clash/etc..

Being able to see the HP of your allies won't make the game "newbier" in any way possible, again, it's not like this will prevent you from dying, it's just a way to let your mates know how much HP you have and viceversa, i really fail to see how this is "way too informative".

I see this feature as something that DOTA should have had from long time ago but never implemented, thanks again to the limitation we used to have in the past. I, for one, fully support this feature.

If this ever gets implemented at least don't make it take screen space, make it on the hero's portraits instead of below them.

If the game is becoming too informative, then it's better we call it as newbie game instead. Dota 2 is not a game which requires skills, mind, and teamwork communication?

Chen is mostly used at comp level, where people communicate with voice chat. They'll just shout "need a heal" to let Chen know. This really wouldn't change anything for Chen except in solo pub games...

Support! Spectators should also be able to see the HP of both teams.
