  • Death Window/pop up

    Hey guys!
Sorry if that has been posted already! I tried to look for a similar thread but couldn't find it!

When you die, a sliding window pops on top left of your screen showing your slayer ^^ and if you click on "more infos?" It gives you a nice summary on how much damage you potentially took from different heroes.

Well I don't know how to community feels about it - but I think the way how it used to be before was better.
I think the new death window? (Don't know how you would call it) has way too much information. Before it was crystal clear and fluid. Now Valve has added abilities/what type of hero it is/what it does etc.. I think its too much... in my opinion..

    What does the community think?

gonna agree with you on this one.

I think so. I mean - I don't see whats the point of adding all these extra bits.

if you take TF2 which was designed by Valve. You get a nice screenshot + the gun he/she used on you. And thats it!

Its called kill cam, what community thinks can be seen in tread called "new kill cam feature is nice but..." or something similar and it has ton of replays
        Work in progress, feedback appreciated

          Ok well thanks for that

I think that kill cam is completely useless and should be removed. But valve want to advertise the custom items so they will never remove that window.

I personally love the killcam, because you know if you do a taunt and your victim sees your pose if he is a rager he will be raging ;P

I love the killcam too! Its a great tool! It could be improved to make it more awesome!
Just get rid off these unnecessary spells and other attributes added recently to the killcam window
