Why would you have your mouse cursor there anyway? You have to click targets on the map fast and don't have time to read the tooltips.

So...let me get this right: You're complaining about how you have to move the mouse off the button and on again just to see the tooltip. It's not that hard to just slide your mouse off the button by a few pixels and move it back. It's really not that hard

started a topic Rubick's stolen spells tooltips.

    Rubick's stolen spells tooltips.

Let's say I am playing Rubick and I'm about to steal an enemy spell. I have no idea which spell it will be and in order to know that I am moving my cursor to the button where the new spell will appear.

Right at the moment I have Gush stolen and everything just fine

Now I am casting Spell Steal on Sven and in the same time moving cursor to the Gush icon again ( because I want to know which spell from Sven I will steal )

Spell has been stolen, I still have cursor on the button. ( You can't see it because screensaver never records mouse but trust me - it is there ) But tooltip hasn't appeared! In order for it to appear you have to move cursor away from button and then again back to the button's body.

As you can see it takes extra time and pretty inconvenient at all. I guess it happens with Invoker as well when changing spells.
Of course with practice you will recognize spells merely by icon but for new players and what not it can be helpful.
