Sir,step away from this thread please.
Im saying YOU NEED INFORMATION ON THE BATTLE, YOU NEED TO BE AWARE,
CLICKING HIM MAKES YOU AWARE OF HIS STATUS, HIS ITEMS, HIS MANA.

Damn i broke my voice shouting.
Now thats over, how about a little contribution to the thread instead of
    being a nitpicking prick.

Well you should be checking it yourself anyways rather than have a mana bars for the enemy team which makes it much easier to know when to engage in a fight or not.

Why cant people understand the skill involved in map awareness?

And the Mana bar issue was addressed long ago in another thread.
The reason it shows your allies is to encourage and help more team plays, and ally communication.
If youre in a teamfight and you see skeleton king has a low mana bar under his health,
then you go in and kill him because the information is readily available to you.

Removing shitty aspects of the game can't be bad. If you ancient is going down fast you should at least know.

For other things it's definitely a big No No. But Since the whole game technically is about taking down the opponent's ancient, the ancient's hp bar should be significant for the team to notice. It does indeed affect gameplay; moving your screen back to your ancient in the middle of your actions, but it's necessary.

The reason why it shows enemy hero hp bars because it's essential, unlike mana. It's ok if the bar doesnt show for ancient being under attack, but it's essential when it's actually going low.

    +1

As of now its gives you the choice to look back at your ancient when its announced to see its hp or proceed with your kill.

On what basis do you allow changes, based on some really old engine limits or other already really old arbitrary choices? I genuinely hope Dota2 will fight the engine limits that are present with Warcraft 3 and the Dota1

We cannot see enemy manabar, why can we see our allies mana? More communication and ally clicking required there!
On the same logic, why we are allowed to see enemy healthbar and own healthbar, its part of the skill to click enemies constantly to see what HP are they at.
How about that we cannot even click enemies, so it would be even more skill based as we would have to evaluate enemies approx. hp after harassing based on your damage and average taken damage after armor reduction/block?
Then comes the minimap, that really affects the gameplay, why is that even allowed in the first place, it would require a lot of skill to be constantly watching all over the map to look at possible enemies passing by the ward.

Yeah, you do sound that silly. Every single thing that can affect gameplay, for better or worse, you are automatically against it because Dota1 and <insert some irrelevant reasons from game engine that came out ten years ago>

On-topic: Why not, this is a positive change for sure. Possibly changes gameplay, maybe, but definitely towards better.

Whats the difference between the announcer nagging you to look at your ancient
as opposed to the announcer nagging you that an enemy is dying?

A: Youre being nagged 80% of the time as opposed to 5% on the ancient.
I don't get what you mean. Having this will make you evaluate situation better.
