    when trying to up level clicking the spell adds it.make it when releasing the click.

            He is saying that when you try to level up your skill, you left click. However, sometimes people change their minds when you click on the skill and decide to spend that point elsewhere. But because he had pressed it already, the point is spent on the skill he originally intended to, rather than the one he wanted to change to.

                Oh, I always wanted to suggest this, sometimes I'm just looking away and click on the wrong skill.

                  I think he means that, when leveling up an ability, instead of applying the skill point to the ability when the mouse button is clicked, he wants the game to apply it when the mouse button is released.

                  That means when you click the skill point button and release the mouse button while still on top of the skill point button, the skill point will be spent, otherwise it won't.

                  I like the idea. In fact, I've been wanting this implemented for a while now myself.
