    Missing heroes while pick

    Same Problem!

      Same problem here.

I tried reinstalling the game (including the manual deletion of folders and registry entries to make sure there is no dota left on this computer) but the problem still exists.
I also tried resetting the "custom ordering" in the bottom left corner of the hero picker screen although I never used that functionality before. No luck there either.

The key I used to install DotA 2 is a standard gift key (means without restrictions regarding china).

Btw, the heroes are not only missing in the grid vew but in the "card flow" too.
And: If someone joins a game with me, they also can't choose the missing heroes, although they can choose them when playing alone.

      Hope that helps a bit.

Try to remove -lv from launch options, if it exists.
