Mask of Madness does not exude madness or insanity
Divine Rapier looks good but I think it can be better
Medallion of Courage doesn't inspire courage, its just looks like an old piece of medal
Shadowblade sucks (I thought it was a broadsword when I saw it first glance)
Boots looks worn out (maybe some colors would be nice)
Treads especially the Agility one is bad (it looks too bulky, I think)

Aganims scepter looks really awful.

MKB needs a background falloff/effect.

The energy-, point- and vitality boosters all need complete reworks imo, especially their completed Soul Booster. That one looks awful too.

It would be cool if the courier icon could change depending on what courier was bought etc.

Talisman of Evasion looks really WIP and Gem of Truesight as well.

The bracer icon's been bugging me for quite awhile, it looks too blocky and doesn't really go well aesthetically with any items.

Though it's been growing on me I guess, it's not as offputting as it was the first time I saw it.

I think icons are pretty much fixed now as Valve tries to fix more important issues like MM, Mute system and new heroes

I'd like it if either the Kaya or the Echo Sabre were horizontally flipped. Because they are both on the same diagonal and both glowy white/blue they look quite similar.
