    My overall thoughts on the shop so far

    Summarised in a few words.. MESSY! But has potential.

    First of all I love the idea of being able to build your own suggested items, but I noticed that they don't save to their dedicated heroes? You have to load them every time you load Dota2, or am I the only one encountering this?

    The icons are, well.. weird and poorly designed? They need a more intimidating and realistic feel to them.

    I think there are far too many pages, the shop window needs to be a little bit bigger and each page should have their description above instead of having you click on it before knowing what it is.

    Another thing that has been bugging me is, how do you access your stash? So far the only way that I know is if your inventory is full and you buy another item. I think your stash should be open at all times.

    If you have items in your stash they will appear in the stash, or transmute depending if you complete the item or not. However I would like to access the stash as well to mix items and move things around time from time. I simply don't have enough faith in the player base to put my items on the floor.

    The shop is another story...it's very organized. After a handful of games I could find any item I wanted by simply following the tabs. It really isn't that hard. It's very well categorized and compact. What a shop needs to be efficient. I guess this just comes with knowing the game and knowing what is a support item/weapon/armor type of items.
    Stop asking the game developers to make the game easier because you are new.
