I don't see the necessity in this. If your stash is full (and you don't have a courier, VERY rare) you can just drop items from stash on the ground...

Items in the ground is what a player wouldn't want, at least cosmetically speaking. The only reason why you would have to put your items in the ground, would be to give tangoes, potions or tps to your allies. Nobody likes having to pick up their items one by one from the ground.

It's also quite impractical. I was building myself a Blood Stone and there was a Point booster on the ground. So I picked it up, thinking it was mine, but it wasn't till I looked at my inventory again I was out on the lane and had to run back just to give the item to the player that bought it. As I've already pointed out, if you have many players buying stuff you might have a hard time figuring out what is yours.

Also it allows players that hate you to kill your items or just pick them up and run around with them the whole game just to piss you off.

I just think that the Stash Size is something that had to be done in Dota 1, because of the inventory Space of WC3. I see no reason why not to increase it in Dota 1 this would have meant another Circle I guess. In Dota 2 you don't need another Circle.

Hmmm, I don't quite believe increasing stash size is a good idea since most of the items you buy don't take that much space (magic stick being one of the few exceptions) and you mostly craft one item at a time.

Only a handful of items require more than three/four items (counting the recipe) to be crafted, so a good idea to avoid full stashes could be to allow same item stacking in the stash (and ONLY in the stash).

Thus, if you're crafting a ms, you could stack the branches in a single slot, could stack the ulti orbs for a Skadi, javs for the MKB...

I believe this should relieve most (if not all) stash problems instead of increasing its size.

I don't think so. Tangoes can be stacked, potions can be stacked, but it's not the same as common items. The little number in the bottom part of the item's icon represents charges for bloodstone or diffusal blade, so adding numbers to more and more items would only lead to confusion. Increasing the stash size according to the quantity of items on it is still the sexiest choice.

That's also a good solution, but this seems a bit harder to implement instead of some extra Slots and may cause some more bugs. Also there are still some situations, where this can be a problem.

I don't think this is useful, maybe there could be a rare situation where u would like to buy parts of mekansm and magic wand, but you probably would have a courier, so it's like you have 12 slots..I have 500+ games, and I never needed extra slots.
I'm unsure right now, but isn't there an option to drop directly from the stash on the right-click menu?

And we fall in the impracticallness on having items on the ground.

No reason whatsoever not to implement something like this.

No way. Little details like item management is one of the things that makes DoTA shines. Try to think ahead what itens you'll do, what's could be dissassembled or what's better at the current game.

Magic Wand vs other items I need to finish Mekansm. Why not? Items all over the ground: sucks. Therefore, dynamic stash size.

-1, never needed more than 6 slots

I've given enough examples, plus this option would hurt none and would allow item arrangement to become cleaner.

                                +1
So you may have never needed more than 6 slots, and you've played a zillion games, you're a pro. Congrats. Some people do come into situations where they run out of room in their stash, and it's annoying and confusing to have to pick items off the ground, especially for new players. It also lets griefers take advantage of a quick item kill.
A dynamic stash means that you would never notice the difference, all you would ever see is 6 slots in your stash. For somebody who did need the extra slots, their stash could increase to 12 slots temporarily.
There is no reason not to implement this.
