  • the system made a mistake. an honest player got into the ban!!!! HELP!

help me please! sort out my problem! any checks, I'm ready for anything, any confirmation on my part of my honesty, just tell me what you need.

I didn't do anything illegal, I just played my favorite game with my favorite characters. I got blocked from finding games forever. and they still cannot answer me for what. already a month has passed. I just do not understand how this can happen with honest players.231211221.png

I am not sure if I should open a new thread, but think I can just add my case here as well.

I an my wife both played on Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 on both computers). And became banned in less than 24 hour.

The same as the thread's author - all reports are green, playing from Linux.

My reports were green in all lines when I became banned,
I played only unranked matches and pratices with bots.
No selling or buying account - it is the only one I ever have had.
    No third-party programs.
"Deliberate actions to artificially boost MMR of an account" - as I understand even don't have any rating yet and I don't want to play with experienced users - I always lose against them - I don't have even a reason to do that.

So, the algorithm to detect such things is incorrect and need to be corrected. I read the Dota Team's blog post and think the reason could be a lot of matches I played in a short time, but it was done just for fun, I don't need any rating. If it is a crime for Dota, why just not add a restriction to not play so often?
Or it is a Linux version bug?
