  • Any improvement with new update on Mac?

Can anyone confirm before I get another couple days of ban due to Mac crashes

I haven't crashed yet since of the last patch and the minor update afterwards
You might want to try spectating a few games before you try a playing game just to be safe.
Sound still delays for 5-7 secs while starting the game.

edit: crashed once, not sure why.

I crashed all the time... getting gfxcardstatus app and setting on discrete all the time improved the situation a bit... I noticed that every time i alt-tabed mac was switching the GPU's which I think caused the errors

            no sounds until 7-10 sec
            no crashes at all

I previously encounter this issue in wow too, but after i reset smc, every thing works perfect.

the 2012 retina macbook pro seem to have this issue, i think everyone need to reset smc and update to the newest osx.

Long story short, there are still fps issues, although the game is still playable. Still having sound issues. And to add something new, hot keys don't seem to work for me in live games.

I did notice that the game is FLAWLESS when I play against bots. Everything works perfect. FPS is high, no sound issues, and all hot keys work.

                  They are making big progress.

has anyone tried this? and what exactly happens when you reset smc?

There're still problems at games vs bots, obviously I'm not going to play with people until there's a stable version but I'm sure there's a lot to be done there as well.

i think everyone should try resetting smc. It wouldn't hurt your computer as long as you follow the steps.
                        (try and see what happen)

I have tried what you said, but nothing happened even after I followed the steps. And nothing happened after I releasing shift+option+control+power button, and powering my laptop on.
I am even not sure if I really reset my smc.
