  • Unplayable on MacBook Pro

    Hello.

I have the latest generation of MacBook Pro and the game is unplayable even with poor settings. I find it disrespectful and discriminating that we have to buy PC or run on Windows in order to play the game.

Has anyone find a way to make it playable? Without the boot camp solution.

    Thank you.

This is the place where you report MAC related bugs: http://dev.dota2.com/forumdisplay.php?f=448
Be sure to read this page: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota-2 before making your report. Just saying it has poor performance does not help. They need information about your system.

I am playing with a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) on medium settings with a fps around the 30.
If you have the latest generation, you shouldn't have a problem unless there is a hardware interference.

Who the fuck even plays on a MacBook Pro. It's not designed for gaming.

I can get a gaming notebook with Intel Core i7 Skylake (6700HQ) with a NVidia GeForce GTX 980M for ~1500€.
