    [Intended] Knock Backs SHOULD NOT INTERRUPT Wisp's Relocate within the Casting Delay

    1. Get some Knock Back (Flamebreak/Vacuum/Skewer/Power Cogs Zap/Primal Roar/Defeaning Blast)
    2. Relocate
    3. Knock Back Wisp while Relocating

    Result: Relocate gets canceled
    Expected Result: Relocate should succeed



    dont know how to handle those
    Tiny Toss (ok pause effect)
    Tornado/Cyclone
    Black Hole
