weird stuttering/lag but high fps, no package loss and good ping?

When I play a normal MM game in dota i sometimes get a weird stutter in the game, like all heroes warp to a postion the were a second ago and spells and projectiles flying but their timing is all wrong, jerking in the air or killing/hitting things before they even touch it.
I unfortunately can't pinpoint whats causing this, sometimes it runs quite well and sometimes its unplayable for a short amount of time.
I tried to look at my ping, fps and package loss when this happens but all seems pretty normal with a package loss of 0%, ping of around 30 and fps somewhere around 30.

I'm using bumblebee and the newest nvidia 235 driver.

I thought i post it here and maybe someone has a similar problem so we can pinpoint whats causing the Problem.

I can see this when i Tether with Io, the animation is not natural, it looks like is in 5 fps, but is not, If I fallow a hero he's movement is not natural is like he's blinking for very small period of time, but is very hard to notice. Or when I scroll the map, it stops for a fraction every aprox 1 second. Sometimes is just normal.

I just observed the dota 2 process on htop and saw that a) I have a growing list of Dota 2 processes (like 10 processes after 3 games) and b) the 'main' process sometimes takes up to 320% CPU performance.

maybe that helps finding the error.

EDIT: I think I found what was causing the Problem: When i was playing i always had mumble running with activated overlay (even though it didn't show in the game). I disabled that i I didn't get any stuttering for at least 2 games in a row.

EDIT2: the Problem still persists, but only if tab out of dota. The more i minimize it, the worse it gets. I think my Memory is running out or something like that.
