I haven't played WC3 dota in some time, but isn't there a slight little sound that plays when units get hit by the radiance damage? Like a high pitched sort of jangly sort of noise or something...maybe I'm thinking of something else but I swear there used to be a Radiance sound effect like that.
Yes, Radiance in DotA1 uses a sound. The visual effect is a ladder heal effect and uses that typical WC3 weak heal sound.
A very subtle sound effect for Radiance burn would be nice. The visual effect sometimes is barely noticable, a sound would help out.

i agree. a sound effect would really help you noticing when you enter/leave the radiance aoe.
