    [Confirmed] Penitence Slow Should Be 2000 Speed Disjointable Projectile

    It has 2000 speed set in npc_abilities.txt, but it doesn't seem to work. The amplification should be instant.

    Tbh, I like it how this things are consistent now. It makes little sense to delay one part while the other part is instant.

    I just noticed ingame..


    There infact is a projectile. It has no particles and can be disjointed and travels at 2000 like written in the npc files. But it basically does nothing. It merely plays a sound effect and the pentagram-like below the target upon reaching the target if not disjointed.
