    Iirc you can click no-spectators and dota.tv can't join your private practise games? No dotatv = this not working? not sure though. Someone try?

    Nope. You can watch even private games using this method. I've tested it out and joined games from tournaments/leagues that were private with no spectators.

    Stop doing this and spreading this. It is causing tournament matches to have really bad lag I believe, unless it's just the servers. One of the msia tourney games grandfinals games got ruined cuz of lag (this causes some server stress?), and some joindota defense games as well as insidedota.net games have had horrible lag problems, from people connecting to these private servers is my guess. Correct me if i'm wrong, but even if its not causing lag/server problems, the private games should not be accessible.

    Valve should add some kind of system about this. Even a search function in the live games would do the trick imo.
