Disruptor kinetic field makes whole screen go blue

I was watching some friends play a game and I noticed that whenever Disruptor used Kinetic Field my screen started pulsating a blueish hue.

The friends in the actual game reported no such glitch, so it may only triggered when watching a game, but not when playing it.

It happens ingame while playing too, not just by watching live/downloaded games.

Yeah it happens to me too. Please fix it asap. Cannot play a game with disruptor in it.

Same, disruptor wall and warlock ult both cause horrible glitches on my screen. This all started after the patch that removed wraith night.
