    Damage Types on Tooltip

I think tooltips should make it clear what type of damage is being dealt, either through color coding (Blue for magic, yellow for physical, red for pure) or just a "Damage Type: Magic/Physical/Pure" line.

I feel that the color coding is better, because it facilitates spells that have multiple components. For example, assuming Bane's Grip is left the same the tooltip would look something like:

Deals 100 (155*) damage and transfers 5% (10%*) of the max mana of the target per second. Target is disabled for the duration of the spell.

This way, you can easily tell at a glance that the ult does magical damage, but the disable portion would go through effects like BKB.

The colour coding seems like a nice idea, so far ive found the tooltips abit lacking and having to ask people to make sure what damage type a skill is to make sure etc.

Another tooltip related thing is that a colour for Aghanims values could be added.
For example when the spell is boosted the damage numbers would be a different colour and show the boosted value (or the skill could just tell you before the purchase what the axact changes are.

Gonna necro this thread. Knowing the damage type of a spell is very important and should not be hidden in some mechanics forum. Another important information missing is wether an Ultimate (or a part of its effects) penetrate magic immunity or not.
