If a Hero is really an anthropomorphic personification of an Ancient...

    Which hero would it be?

    For me, it is:

Radiant: TA (went to the Hidden Temple, came out feeling very smart but not having a high INT attribute, which is probably some sort of trick the Radiant's Ancient would play on TA. Maybe TA is possessed by the Radiant's Ancient)
Dire: QoP (is a succubus, not an Ozkavosh. Likely to be a shell created by the Dire to entice Skeleton King to the Dire's side)

Notice how the colour scheme of the Ancients fit the colour scheme of the listed heroes (Radiant for TA, Dire for QoP).

Lazyness. Not to mention the lack of bugfixes, and the amount of new ones with each new content added

I dont really see how TA's colours go hand in hand with the radiant scheme

If it weren't for the fact that Chaos Knight and Keeper of the light are already just as powerful, lore-wise, as the Ancients, I would say it's them.

Among the less universal heroes, my picks would be Sven (proud, kicked out of his order, came back for revenge) and Terrorblade (vile, imprisoned, gained power in his captivity)
