    Several issues with buffs and magic immunity

    1. Primal Roar:
      Dota 2: Slow is removed by MI
      WC3: Slows persists.
    2. Tether:
      Dota 2: Does not apply to MI units, removed by MI
      WC3: Applies to MI units, not removed by MI.
    3. Rolling Boulder:
      Dota 2: Slow removed by MI.
      WC3: Slows persists.
    4. Frostmourne:
      Dota 2: Removed by MI
      WC3: Slows persists.
    5. Rot:
      Dota 2: No slow
      WC3: Slows.
    6. Reincarnation:
      Dota 2: Slow removed by MI
      WC3: Slows persists.
    7. Anchor Smash:
      Dota 2: Removed by MI
      WC3: Effect persists.
    8. Gush:
      Dota 2: Removed
      WC3: Effect persists.
    9. Slithereen Crush:
      Dota 2: Slow is removed
      WC3: Slow persists.
    10. Battle Cry and Rabid:
      Dota 2: Not removed by MI, doesn't affect MI units.
      WC3: Both are removed.
    11. Riptide:
      Dota 2: Removed
      WC3: Effect persists.
    12. Call Down:
      Dota 2: Slow is removed
      WC3: Slow persists.
    13. Meld:
      Dota 2: Debuff is removed
      WC: Debuff persists.
    14. Earthshock:
      Dota 2: Slow is removed
      WC3: Slow persists.
    15. Wave of Terror:
      Dota 2: Damages and applies the debuff
      WC3: Damages only.
    16. Jinada:
      Dota 2: Slow removed
      WC3: Slow persists.
    17. Corrosive Skin:
      Dota 2: Applies to MI units
      WC3: Doesn't apply.
    18. Time Walk:
      Dota 2: Slow's removed
      WC3: Slow persists.
    19. Crystal Nova:
      Dota 2: Slow's removed
      WC3: Slow persists.
    20. Ignite:
      Dota 2: Removed
      WC3: Slow persists.
    21. Dual Breath:
      Dota 2: Removed
      WC3: Slow persists.
    22. Fade Bolt:
      Dota 2: Removed
      WC3: Persists
    23. Surge:
      Dota 2: Removed
      WC3: Persists.
    24. Ion Shell:
      Dota 2: Can be casted on MI units
      WC3: Can't be casted on MI units.
    25. Frost Nova:
      Dota 2: Slow's removed
      WC3: Slow persists.
    26. Chain Frost:
      Dota 2: Slow's removed
      WC3: Slow persists.
    27. Cold Feet:
      Dota 2: Removed
      WC3: Persists, doesn't do anything if the MI duration is longer than its duration.


    Some are already reported, but I think a mega thread combining all of the bugs would be better.

    some of this is already reported ...(like roar for example)


    And i think reporting each spell individual is better than a summary thread like this here.

    No, the forum just gets flooded by similar "bugs" then.

    Also there is nothing bad about having a comparison. We can leave it as it is and the devs can decide.

    This goes beyond slows, stuff life Wave of Terror, Rabid/Battle Cry, Anchor Smash, etc.. are also affected, shall I update it and make it about differences in BKB and buff removal?

    yeh sure but 2 problems i see:

    1.) KBL 2.0 adding issue (do you really want to link 1 thread 5 or more times)
    2.) keeping track of a discussion.

    But oh well, up to you. I just want to point that out.

    And I just remembered... Are you only trying with bkb?
    Because Dota2 is very inconsistant between all the magic immunities... Repel, BKB, Blade Fury, Rage, Life Break, they all act differently.

    I wish we could get a list of intended mechanics that differentiate between the two games. Updated as we go or whatever

    Just as a minor note, Blade Fury may also act "weird" in DotA 1 compared to the others.
