    No longer relevant since 6.80 because it no longer gets stronger in mid air.

    No longer a bug. In 6.79 it became dispelable

    Isn t there a bug with multiple arc lightnings regarding refresher orb. I think the first doesnt fully bounce if you refresh and recast.
