Instant rewind feature for casters and spectators

Instant rewind feature for casters and spectators
Would make spectating more spectacular and easier to understand / commentate, like in real sports

    Thoughts?

I guess the main problem is that there aren't many downtime in Dota matches. I mean, you can't be sure that during the rewind nothing important will happen. But yeah, this feature can still be great, if used wisely.
    Possible solution to foreigners issue

not sure i understand? you wouldn't miss anything with a rewind feature. you could rewind and then just keep watching the game. it could just download the live game as a replay on your computer which would allow you to rewind and fast forward it.

Put the ongoing game in a window while the replay is watched.

while this is a point, it will still be up to the caster
also if something is missed while watching the rewind, you will be able to view what happened during that time by also using the rewind function

It would be really hard to choose what exactly to rewind when everything happens simultaneously as compared to some sports where it's easier to know where to focus. It would be a good addition though. For better viewing.

Or at least instant access to Spotlights after the matched ended, so casters can sum up the game in an elegant way.
    This is how Dota2 games should look like! Game 1_Game 2_Game 3_Game 4_Game 5_Game 6
