If possible, please include both your Fantasy League ID and your Friend ID. Usually we can track down issues if we have that information, but it's very hard to do so without it.

I recently unwrapped my level present at level 26 which I received the item from the chest (level present) but my level present chest seem to disappeared. please help me get my item back. And in addition, i leveled up twice from level 25-27 now and I still do not received any item drop as well.
Read the changelogs.
Items don't drop upon leveling and level chests get deleted after one use.
Oh ok, Thanks! But how does that explain why other players still have their level chest ( level present ) at level 100-200 plus?
They haven't used it? It only gets deleted after you use it.
