not as long as they dont either get manually added or get a tournament in game ticket :\

Well that is pretty bad... I mean, it said that it counts for every tournament that is not amateur. So V Games should definitely count. Most of my scores depend on this tournament for this week lol.
ChrisC, please respond and tell if this is permanent or will the points be added later, so we can know to change our rosters accordingly.

It is not amateur, so it should count. But since it isn't on DotaTV, it isn't counted. Will have to wait for ChrisC to respond and tell will this be changed, because it sucks.

Although it sucks that this won't count, the technical limitation is understandable. Thanks Jan!

    a) no problem and
    b) well, do you want to sit there and add ~1500 matches a day ? I dont think anyone has the time (nor nerves for that matter) to add any single match that goes on via hand. Its just not possible. And thats why the system relies on dotaTV tickets and match schedule

That's just ridiculous. Fantasy league players have to look at sites like gosugamers to see what matches are coming up because the in-game system is so useless, and now we find out that some of those games might not count.

Please don't blame the in-game system for being useless. Blame the tournament organizers. They are the ones that set the matches so it will be reflected on the Dota's In-Game Events Calendar. If the tournament organizers do not put in the team's schedule, there is nothing the system can do. The system relies heavily on user input and is not a seer to see which will fight with whom.

I made the mistake of not double checking if the tournament is registered on Dota, and since it was not, it is understandable why its not going to be recorded.

    Deal with it

Blame Valve for not forcing organizers to include everything in their DotaTV shinga ding. This is an especially big problem with all those asian tournaments and their admins who don't even bother to create proper lobbies for games.
