Fix: Don't include the item's rename in the search, or add a tick box right under "include descriptions" as "include renamed".

If I search doomling, no other items like "favor of the shades" should pop up. Look at the sales history this type of scam actually works.

The sales history is based on the item. Not on the renamed item.
