Some spells that do physical damage to buildings are not reduced by armor type.

These include Centaur's Return, and Razor's upgraded Eye of the Storm, but not Death Prophet's Exorcism.

Damage from Return and EotS is reduced only by armor. The normal 50% reduction for physical damage of type Hero vs Fortified armor does not apply.

Example: level one Eye of the Storm normally does 16 damage to a tier 1 tower.
    Damage before reduction: 37.
    Tower armor: 20 (54.5% reduction)
    37 * 0.455 = 16.835 damage
    No reduction for armor type.

Level one Centaur with a Heart of Tarrasque and lvl one return does 14 damage to a t1 tower.
    Before reduction it's 16+(63*0.26) = 32.28 damage.
    After armor, 32.28*0.455 = 14.7329 damage.
Again, fortified armor reduction does not apply.

    Exorcism does 11-13 damage to a t1.
    Damage before reduction: 55.
    55*.455 = 25.025 damage.
About twice as much damage as observed. This implies the 50% damage reduction for Hero v. Fortified is used in this case.

    This is obviously inconsistent.
