Treant's Aghs does not give Rubick both Overgrowth and Eyes in the Forest.

Updated OP with patch notes from 6.79 regarding how his ultimate is supposed to work.

I want to backlink this here, for good measure

Basically, the only past interaction we have to work with is Ogre Magi's Refined Fireblast, which is not stolen when you steal any other spell from Ogre Magi. While stealing both chakrams with agh's would be contradictory to what we already know about Rubick stealing Agh's-granted spells in the ONE situation it exists, it's still impossible to say without being a dev what the intended effect is. Based on Ogre Magi's interaction we can't immediately assume this is improper and we need a developer to clarify, if only because Ogre Magi's ult can't be stolen and thus is a slightly different interaction compared to these two skills that can be stolen.

tl;dr, these cases really require dev clarification on what the intended interaction is and maybe that 6.79 note needs to be clarified as well in regards to any interaction with skills granted by the scepter

Obviously the devs could easily retcon anything they've said before, but according to the info that we have (in-game tooltips, 6.79 patch notes, other stolen abilities with sub-skills), there are more reasons to believe that both skills should be given to a Rubick with Aghs than not.

Refined Fireblast comes from upgrading the Multicast passive and not the regular Fireblast which is why it's a bit ambiguous.

Still not fixed as of update 4. If the current behavior is intended, the tooltip will need to be updated:

That's what I'm saying, neither the second chakram nor the eyes on the forest are sub skills, they're completely different skills, like unrefined fireblast from ogre.
The tooltips on rubick are merely a copy of the tooltips on the original hero.
    Stop being so dense pls
why are you still playing ranked?
