    [Confirmed] Rubick lost his cast animation for stolen spells

    Rubick should use his 0.1 second cast time for all stolen spells, except for the ones with extended cast time (requiem of souls, techies mines, etc).

    Currently he has 0 second cast time for every stolen spell except for the ones with extended cast time.

    This used to work correct until the techies patch. I had forgotten about this.



    E: He should use his cast time for all spells, except for every windwalk-like spell (Shadow Walk, Skeleton Walk, Ghost Walk, Shukuchi, Vendetta, Meld) and for transformation spells (True Form, Druid Form, Flesh Golem, Shape Shift, Metamorphosis, Elder Dragon Form)
    (also if you want DotA1 parity, Echo Slam, Scream of Pain, Death Pulse, Heat Seeking Missiles, Static Remnant, Leap, Pounce and lion and rhasta Hex should have no cast time either)
    (E2: Or you grant Rubick a small buff and make every spell with lower than 0.1 second cast time use the original hero's cast time (eg wisp with 0.001 for Tether) and everything above 0.1 is set to 0.1 (except for the ones with extended cast time aka requiem or sniper's ulti))

    ^His tp is one of the ones with extended cast time and works properly right now. This only goes for the ones with normal cast times.
