Sticky napalm & Poison Sting interaction

Sticky napalm does not increase the damage of venomous gale ticks.
This is either a bug, either a minimum treshold that I haven't heard of has been introduced.

Everything, except magic resistance (still is magical damage), borrowed time and false promise. Same goes for Dispersion (except that it's pure and so also ignores magic res).

It's still magical damage (there really are only 3 damage types and they act correctly, regardless of anything else), but it has hp removal properties. It seems like this is not a damage type, but rather an extra "effect". It seems to make the damage not trigger damage events and that's all. So you can hp removal (phoenix spell cost, armlet etc) basically few as pure damage that doesn't trigger damage events. That's why hp removal used to not ignore invulnerability either.
