    Update 3

    - Fixed Winter's Curse lasting half a second longer
    - Fixed Arctic Burn slow now showing in the UI
    - Arctic Burn slow duration increased by 1 second to match the damage duration
    - Fixed Cold Embrace being purgable
    - Splinter Blast speed fixed from 500 to 600
    - Fixed Splinter Blast being purgable
    - Allies are no longer be able to deny the target of Winter's Curse
    - Fixed Arctic Burn being able to apply to the same target multiple times per cast

    What? It's 500 in Dota 1 I believe (both projectiles are 500 according to Ebster).

    Brew's spirit stun is slower in dota2. game literally unplayable pls fix.

    Hopefully Valve can fix that Fog of War exploit/bug that was introduced with the relocated Roshan Pit I reported long ago that can see inside Roshan Pit and the rune, but the enemy can't see you.

    It has been confirmed 600 for the secondary projectile, Ebster is not always right on everything. Playdota forums aren't always 100% correct. At least igo shows proof backing his number claims. Your only source is Ebster, not dota 1 itself. Relying only on the word of forum posters without actual in-game confirmation does not make you a good beta tester.
