    borderless window stay behind panels on XFCE

    i am testing dota2 with XFCE and i got forced to use border-less window because on full screen more i cant use the mouse to move the camera downwards and alt+click abilities dont work and on i use border-less window dota2 does not move in front of everything

    This is a problem with XFCE not with dota. XFCE devs refuse to implement a stay behind option on their panel in the name of, "why would you even need that?". They are well aware of this and have said they have no real plans on changing it.

    You could also reword your post as it is very hard to read.
